No data sale or sharing
Laws like California's CCPA/CPRA give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data. Downl.one has nothing to opt out of in this sense — we don't collect personal data for advertising or analytics purposes, so there's none to sell or share.
What we do process
Your IP address is briefly used to apply rate limits (preventing abuse of the free service), and the URL you submit is processed in memory only to fetch and proxy the media — never written to disk, never stored, never linked to you. None of this can be individually opted out of, since it's what makes the service work.
Do Not Track
Because we run no tracking scripts, a browser's "Do Not Track" signal has no additional effect here — there is nothing being tracked either way.
